Where We’re Teaching in 2026: Our Western Canada Hoof Geeks Clinic Route

If you’ve been wondering where we’re headed in 2026, this video lays it all out.

We wanted to share where we’ll be teaching this year, how the travel is shaping up, and what returning and new Hoof Geeks can expect if you’re thinking about joining us.

First Stop: Manitoba

Our first Hoof Geeks clinic of 2026 will be at Francine’s place in St. Andrews, Manitoba, from April 16–19.

For anyone in Manitoba, this one’s close to home. And for returning Hoof Geeks from elsewhere in Canada, you’re welcome to come back and join us. We already have a few students planning to travel in from the Maritimes, as well as Ontario, and we love seeing Returning Geeks coming back for another clinic!

Horse Expo in Red Deer

After the St. Andrews clinic, we’ll be heading to the Horse Expo at Westerner Park in Red Deer, Alberta, from April 24–26, 2026.

We really enjoy this stop. We love meeting people at the Expo, answering questions, and seeing that moment when something finally clicks and people say, β€œI’ve never heard it explained that way before.” If you’re attending the Expo, come see us and ask questions.

Our 2026 Western Route

From Red Deer, we’ll be travelling through Alberta before heading west into British Columbia, and then making our way back across the Prairies later in the season.

Planned stops include:

  • Alberta

  • Red Deer

  • Carstairs

  • Okotoks

  • Elk Point

  • Rocky Rapids

  • Valleyview

  • Grande Prairie

  • British Columbia

  • Fraser–Fort George (Prince George area)

  • Houston

  • 100 Mile House

  • Kelowna

  • Courtenay

  • Duncan

  • Saskatchewan

  • Balgonie (near Regina, and our final clinic of the summer)

We also mention in the video that if someone is interested in hosting a clinic between Chilliwack and the mountains, there may be room to add a stop before we head back into the Prairies. Contact us here to inquire.

Returning Student Perks and Referrals

When you attend a full four-day Hoof Geeks clinic for the first time, you can return to future clinics for just $50 per day. That applies whether we’re back in your area or somewhere you travel to.

If you refer someone and they sign up for a clinic, you receive $100 off your registration fee. Bring two friends and that’s $200 off. Bring three friends and you’re well on your way to covering your clinic cost!

Looking Ahead

Canada is big and the travel is long, but this is a route we’re really looking forward to.

If you’re thinking about attending your first Hoof Geeks clinic or coming back for another round, have a watch of the video above and keep an eye on the clinic listings as dates are confirmed.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone this summer.
